I. Main Unit

1. Liquid Chromatography Pump

1 Fully automated micro-plunger pump. Pump heads constructed from titanium alloy. Dual-pump, four-head configuration. Each pump head has an independent degassing valve. High pressure resistant.

2 Single pump flow rate range: 0.01 mL/min ~ 100 mL/min. Can operate in dual-pump mode for column packing, with a maximum combined flow rate ≥ 280 mL/min.

3 Pressure range: 0 ~ 10 MPa.

4 Flow rate accuracy: ≤ ±1% (under conditions: flow rate 1.0 mL/min ~ 80 mL/min, pressure < 8 MPa, viscosity 0.8 cP ~ 2 cP).

5 Equipped with constant pressure flow control function.

★6 Xenon lamp light source. Allows switching between UV and visible light without requiring lamp change or preheating.

7 Full-wavelength detector with wavelength range 190 nm ~ 700 nm.

8 Detection range: -5 AU ~ +5 AU. Deviation ≤ ±2% (within 0 ~ 2 AU range).

9 Light source and flow cell are separately designed to prevent sample heating by the source, ensuring high measurement accuracy. The lamp turns on with the pump, effectively extending UV lamp life.

10 Conductivity detection range: 0.001 mS/cm ~ 999.99 mS/cm. Conductivity accuracy: ≤ ±0.01 mS/cm.

11 UV detector and conductivity detector are physically separate units.

12 Temperature detection range: 0 ~ 99 °C. Accuracy: ≤ ±2 °C (within 4 °C ~ 45 °C range).

13 Includes pH valve (with pH electrode) for online pH monitoring (pH range 0-14). Accuracy: ≤ ±0.1 (across pH range 0-14).

14 Buffer selection valve: Number of inlets ≥ 8. Includes built-in bubble sensor to protect the chromatography column.

★15 Five-column valve: Automatically selects between 5 chromatography columns. Includes an additional channel for system cleaning. Also incorporates forward and reverse flow direction control functionality. Contains built-in pre-column and post-column pressure sensors to protect columns and media.

★16 Equipped with an independent sample pump.

Fraction Collection Components

12-Port Collection Valve: One port connects to the fraction collector for collecting numerous samples, one port is for waste, and the remaining outlets allow for large-volume fraction collection via valve.

Fraction Collector: Capable of automatic collection based on volume or peaks. Collection range: 0.1 ml - 50 ml. Compatible with collection tube types such as 1.5 ml, 5 ml, 15 ml, and 50 ml.
